The project had to achieve BREEAM Very Good or Excellent for most of the BREEAM issues.

Our integrated design approach enabled the right balance of elements such as daylighting, s, thermal comfort conditions even during heat waves and high levels of insulation for reduced CO2 emissions. A renewable and low carbon feasibility study was also carried out.
